Our member of staff have professional values, a strong work ethic and a genuine desire to work as a team member to provide an outstanding quality of service to older adults, adults who are unwell, adults with physical disabilities and those requiring palliative care.

 

They are professional - trained carers who provide a service in a manner that meets the needs of the Service User, as defined in their Individual Care Plans. They fully adhere to our code of conduct.

 

All home carers must undertake manual Handling training and also complete their NVQ Care level 2.
